What types of properties do you focus on?

I prefer residential sales of single family homes, vacant land, ranch, farm, and off-grid properties, as well as equestrian properties in the Waimea/South Kohala/Hamakua area.

What areas of the Big Island do you serve?

My focus is Waimea (Kamuela) and surrounding areas in North and South Kohala and Hamakua, but I have sold property as far away as Na’alehu in Ka’u.

How does living off-grid help you as a realtor?

Having lived on a 50-acre off-grid property for nearly 30 years, I am as familiar as anyone should ever want to be with catchment systems, solar systems, generators, and all the other special challenges buyers and sellers of these properties face.
