Summer has arrived, and with it comes the beautiful month of June! As the days get longer and the weather gets warmer, we hope this newsletter finds you well and ready to enjoy all the season has to offer.

Our local market continues to be crazy. Inventory remains low, so prices really haven't dropped. Correctly priced homes are going into escrow quickly. If you're thinking of buying, be prepared with your budget and lender pre-qualification letter before you start looking-it will save you some heartache.
